Would you like to join us for a Meditation Drumming Circle, at Lle Hapus, Eagles Meadow.

Drumming together has thought to have been a community activity for millennia, and has been found to support health and wellbeing (Ascenso et al., 2018) in addition to enhancing our connection with ourselves and eachother (Winkelman, 2003).

This event is suitable for both absolute beginners and seasoned drummers alike. Full guidance will be provided. You are also welcome to just listen to the drums.

You are welcome to bring an instrument if you have one, such as bodhrans, frame drums, bongos, rattles, shakers and more. There also will be some frame drums and other percussion instruments provided.
